Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AskSolPro, we value your satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are allowed for our digital services and software development solutions.
2. Cancellation by Client
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order, provided work has not yet started.
- If a project has already begun, cancellation may incur partial charges based on effort spent.
- All cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@asksolpro.site .
3. Cancellation by AskSolPro
We reserve the right to cancel any project under the following conditions:
- Non-payment or delayed payment beyond 10 days
- Abusive or unethical client behavior
- Requests that violate our acceptable use policy or Indian law
In such cases, you will be notified and refunded any unutilized advance amount after deducting work costs.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable for services that have not yet been delivered or developed.
- Partially completed projects will incur charges for the work done, and a proportional refund will be issued.
- For digital products like templates, software tools, or files, **no refunds** are provided once downloaded or delivered.
5. Timeframe for Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, wallet).
6. No Refunds Are Offered For
- Services already delivered and approved
- Client delays causing project inactivity or incompletion
- Change of mind or project discontinuation by the client after delivery
