3. Payments and Refunds

• All services are billed as agreed upon in writing.
• Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to suspend work for overdue invoices.
• Refunds will only be issued under conditions outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and assets created by AskSolPro remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Afterward, ownership is transferred as per the project agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information needed for project delivery.
• Review and approve deliverables on schedule.
• Ensure that content provided does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Limitations of Liability

AskSolPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion, especially if terms are violated. You may also cancel service with written notice, subject to billing terms.

8. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party APIs, libraries, or hosting providers. You agree to their terms when they are part of your project.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
